How do you accept payments?
Observatorie uses Stripe to securely store your card information in a fully PCI compliant, SSL, and AES-256 bit encrypted server.
When will I be charged?
Observatorie billing cycles are monthly. Each month we invoice your account’s primary e-mail for the previous month’s usage.
What if I use my account for less than a month, would I still be charged for the whole month?
You will never be billed more than the monthly cost for all users. Accounts are billed daily up to a monthly cap(the number of days in the month). If you use your account for fewer than days than the month contains, you will be billed for each day that the account was active. For example, if you have 10 users at $23/mo and use it for 15 days in September, then you would be charged $115 (going by the daily rate). If you use that account for the full month, then you would be charged $230 (capped at the monthly rate).
Can I have a refund?
We do not offer refunds. If there are extenuating circumstances, contact support at support@observatorie.ca.
